I am the Treasurer for a non-profit 501 3c company that works with individuals with Down syndrome. Someone hacked our debit card information, using a different email address and phone number, and placed an order...that we did not place. We have no need for wrinkle cream. I caught it right away and called them to cancel because we were a victim of fraud. They became extremely defensive and stated they did not commit a fraud and it was too late to stop the product because it went out in the mail already. I told them I was not blaming them, I wanted them to fix it. They told me to call back when I got the package for return instructions. Today, I called for return instructions. Again, they became VERY defensive and said I could refuse the package, but they were unable to refund the money they charged us because it was a "shipping & handling" charge. I told them I did not place the order and they needed to make it right because this was a non profit company. The woman said, and I quote "you keep saying non profit, what does that even mean?". Wow!!! She also added if I did not send the product back, they would charge more to my debit card (which I had to cancel anyway to prevent further corruption). So, now, we are stuck paying for this product, which we did not order, with the threat that if we do not return it, they will charge more. Again, they said there is nothing they can do about it...it is their policy. This company needs to be STOPPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am filing a fraud complainant with my bank.
