I was on Facebook and a option came up to receive free samples of 2 different creams just paying postage and packaging, I agreed to the free offer, which said nothing about any cost incurring or sending products back, but on the 20th of November I looked at my bank statement and this company had taken out 2amounts of money one for £98.40 and the other amount £85, I was really shocked I rang my bank and they said it had happened to lots if other people and I would have to speak to the company, I spoke to customer services and they were very rude and said I can't have my money back.
