I ordered sample tv's. then they send me copy of DHL waybill wich i think is a fraud as DHL say they havent got the parcel. Denise from the company said that it is with customs in China wich i do not believe. She said that i must pay customs tax , but bormally i pay customs tax in south africa before they deliver. can you please help me in resolving this lost money or products?
