When I registered, it was clearly stated on the website that there will be no charges to my card. In fact a receipt was shown and clearly stated that in my credit card statement, it will be $0.00 only for a few minutes later, I got an alert from my bank that I have been charged the equivalent of $159.00. I immediately called to cancel and inform them that this isn't what is on their website and they said they can refund half. I told them I wanted a full refund and they said it had been directed to the appropriate quarters and someone will get back to me. I've sent 2 different complaints again, tried to call and all to no avail. No one seems to be at the other end. Please do look into this and help us rectify it. This seems to be a scam from this company. Collecting people's money. If there's a money back guarantee and people cancel within 14 days, then it should be refunded as I cancelled immediately over the phone.

Thank you for you help
