I ordered a free 30 day trial from body trim and so did my room mate. i paid for both our shipping on my credit card.
before the 30 days were up we both posted the products back registered post to the address stated on their website, to only have it returned to sender. I left this waiting to be contacted and to this day still have the packaged product. That was back in May 2013. now in NOV 2013 I have been charged 2x $199 without consent / authorization. I am guilty of not following up with them when the package was returned to me but seeing as their a large company you would think they would call to see how you went and so forth.
I am also shocked that they charged a credit card with my name for an order under my room mates name!!!
I just want to know where I stand. As the company i work for, just because we state and the customer signs that on the day of installation it must be paid for in full... and when they dont pay, doesnt mean I have the right to charge their credit card without their consent NO MATTER WHAT
