Sorry for my english

One month ago, I Ordered two samples of lift serum pro and glow pro for 1,99 each just for shipping as the trial was free. After make my order I check their order and condition and understood that that they are going to collect monies from my account regularly. The same day of the order, because it was not possible to contact the company to cancel my purchase, I called my credit card bank for advise on how to manage the problem. The banker told me that it is a little problem as they correctly familiar with that king of transaction. I asked the banker how avoid it and he said nothing can be done until they effectively take that monies, so I have to call them back after the monies is taken. I asked him how long it going to take to have the monies back if it already taken and he said 2 working days and I don't need to worry about it.

Today (one month after) I check accounts and £84.71 x 2 have been taken and quickly when I call the bank they said nothing can be do for me as I authorise it.

I can not explain every conversation here but after this over the phone with my bank (LLyod) I just understand that they work with those king of company (Lift serum pro) why lot of complain without any solution
