I purchased a house report for an advertised for $1. The reports was useless. Then I checked my online banking statement and found the $1 charge followed by $17.49. I immediately called the help line and they were trying to encourage the site-so I simply kept reiterating their policy clearly states that "for any reason you are unhappy, they will give a full refund". The woman politely said she would refund the money as long as it "wouldn't violate any of the credit card company's policies"...?? Now I am waiting for the refund.
