I live in Washington State and someone at an ATM in Florida removed money from my card. They changed my pin number to do that. They left only $15 on my card and I can't even access that. It is all the money I had left until next payday Nov 29th. The Walmart MoneyCard will not refund my money until the 27th even though I proved to them I was standing in a Walmart in Washington the same morning the fraudulent transaction was made.
They have been unhelpful and rude. Desperately need help getting my money refunded. All their paperwork indicates they will refund promptly!
