I ordered a return ticket from Prague to Tokyo on November 11. According their instruction, I sent the funds by bank transfer on November 13.

Once Sales Manager informed me of receiving the payment on November 14, there is no answer. E-ticket never delivered to me. Trying to call them many times, thir tellphone numbers are not available.
I am convinced that this is a well concealed fraud company. K&K
