They refuse to ship my phone after they charged my credit card and I looked them up and have gotten many bad reviews stating them sending defective phones or not send any items at all. Please help

Dear Britney, we have no record of your transaction on 12/22/11. If you can provide your name or order #, we will address your issue. Write to [email protected]. The only reason why we wouldn't ship a phone is that you may have not passed the credit check performed BY THE CARRIER, not us. In that case, we DO NOT charge any credit card and the authorization on your credit card expires usually after 48 hours.
