I tried to book one ticket from Brussels to Warsaw for a business workshop. And I selected this company to book the ticket, they sent me emails about the technical problems that I cannot use credit card to pay the ticket. After that I used the bank transfer to pay the ticket, and today I still did not receive any e_ticket and more worse they started to ignore my emails.
I saw one new published by watchdog, and I am sure that they treated me~
