i signed up for a once off three month subscription of 40 Plus Dating SA, no where did the site say that after three month I will be debited again if Membership not cancelled. After several months trying to find out who is debiting my credit card. i found it to be Global Personals, which is the holding company for the dating sites. i have fought and emailed back and fourth. All they say is I didnt cancel the subscription so do not qualify for refund. So please anyone that reads this go onto your dating site if you are also being debited by this company and dont know why just cancel your membership and debits will stop.
They mislead their Customers by making them think you only upgrading to premium for once off but infact they debit till you query or cancel and this could go on for a year. while you tryoing to find out whats going on This company is raking in the money.
