Company did not come through with the vacation package. I asked for a refund and only got half. They don't answer emails and good luck getting an agent on the phone. When you do, they send you to five more people to try to get resolution that never happens. I have sent 3 eamils and no response. How can a company stay in business that continuually has so many complaints against them. How can I get the remainder of my refund?
