I cancelled the subscription within the 14 day trial period however they charged my account $189.98 at 1:48 am on the 14th day. When i finally reached them they asked me to send the product back but the terms of trial period policy paragraph 5 states i do not have to return the product if canceled before the trial period is over. They are not honoring their policy. Im going to send it anyway to receive my money back per Dominick at 800-443-2490. I called right back to point out their policy and conveniently their computers were down again.
