I signed up for a free online trial. I was then charged £84 one day and £72 the following day. The company was informed I wanted to cancel. It took them a month at least to acknowledge this. Further goods were received and returned in August. Once again it took them a month to acknowledge this. I was refunded £72 via my bank as a debit card dispute but am still trying to get the £84 which the company will not pay as they say my account has been frozen due to a dispute with my bank. I have told the company the dispute was fro £72 not the £84 I am trying to retrieve. Now I can't even find the link to their customer services department on the internet.
