Hi,
I bought the online poker calculator called Holdem Genius version 1.6.76, which is the most current version.
The software doesn't work and when I contact the company to get help, they won't respond to my e-mails.
I have written over as DOZEN times and they're supposed to contact me in 24-48 hours, but they don't!
I want my money back.
I paid $99.95 for software that doesn't even work.
I feel like they scammed me and I have been ripped off!
Please help me!
