Two, three months ago I agreed to pay Grantassist $2.97 for their "Grant Writing Kit". I did not apply for membership. On the 22nd of October I received a credit card bill for $2.97 for the Kit, which I've never received, a charge of $57.93 for monthly membership with Grantassist which I did not apply for and two foreign transfer fees, $0.05 and $1.15. Perhaps I didn't read terms and conditions carefully, but I don't remember seeing anything about automatic membership or fees.
