I ordered this product as a free trial on September 11th, and no where on the website did they mention that this trial last only 14 days, and on top of that, it starts counting from the day it was ordered, not when it was received. I emailed them in time to cancel this free trial but the guy over the phone kept saying that I was too late to cancel and the best they can do it refund $25.00 from the $59.99 the charged me. I was at least expecting that for that amount, they will send me another container but it turned out it was the one I already had. I told him the reason i was cancelling was due to the fact that the gelcaps were made of gelatin which I cannot consume. This ingredient was not mentioned on their website either. He tried to convince me it was vegetable gelatin (as if..) and tried to convince me how natural and effective the product is. I asked to speak to his supervisor and somehow this guy knew exactly what the supervisor was gonna tell me. He was offering a refund of $24.99, and he said with a smirk that if I get transferred to the supervisor, he/she will only refund $23.98...and that;s exactly what she did. She kept saying all this info was in the fine print and I should have read it before ordering. So eventually I received a refund of $23.98, and a promise that if I want to reactivate the account and start ordering again, I will get it for $34.99 a month, instead of $59.99/month. Thankfully, no further charges, but stay away from these scams. Niwali TestoBoost = scam.
