I ordered a few things for my mother since her birthday is coming up. When the packaging arrived, it was all folded into a cardboard box with poor wrapping. Not only that but a wallet inside became torn from the inside, the matching bag had scratches all over it and.. there's more.. a watch inside wasn't even aligned properly! It was like none the less i contacted the website and they keep stalling on my demands and, at times, ignore my emails. I responded by contacting them with another email and they replied straight away, but once they saw my complaints on the order they proceeded to ignore me again. They keep saying "we'll refund you 30%"
Funny how they can take 100% of my money but only refund 30%!
Somebody help me
