At about 6:00 pm EST I received a call from this number (per my caller ID) from Alicia Rosario. She said that the US Treasury is taking action action against me and to avoid any damages to call Daniel Rich, Legal Supervisor, at the above number (same number as on the ID, unassigned). The woman had a strong Middle Eastern accent and I could hear a baby crying in the background.
