David Port contacted me this morning claiming that I had won $2.5 million from Mega Millions and a brand new 2013 Mercedes Benz. According to Mr. Port, I was to have $245 for the registration fee. I have never heard of Mega Millions, nor have I ever entered in any kind of "contest" nor do I play the Lottery (any Lottery). What I don't understand is if I've won (supposedly), why would I have to pay out anything in order to receive my prize? I am seeking fraud charges against Mr. Port as well as conspiracy to commit fraud, and a conspiracy to extort (a conspiracy doesn't have to be proven in Court, but rather shown that a conspiracy MIGHT exist).
