Same thing happened to me.. i payed the £2.99 postage for the free sample, i didnt authorise any other payment to go out of my bank. a couple of days later i noticed a payment of £90 had been taken out of my bank, which i didnt authorise! i had no paperwork with my free sample even to contact them. i have informed trading standards but got no further on. I eventually found a contact number, when i phoned they told me i could NOT have a refund of the unauthorised payment they had taken! i think it is disgusting how they keep getting away with it! when is somebody going to stop these fraudsters?!
