I had a bad experience with LOGODESIGNGUARANTEE.CO.UK. If you are thinking for a professional logo design then I suggest NOT to use this company, they do not have professional designers as they claim that they have on their websites. The designs that I received from them were a joke, REALLY!!! no designing or creativity skills, they use cheap clipart that you will find everywhere on the internet for free!!!! even a 4 years old child can do better. I even sent them a sample.

SO, if you are thinking using this company - DO NOT USE THEM in the first place if you are looking for a professional logo, because you will loose money. If you have used them and thinking or asked for a refund, then communicate via emails, keep everything safe and contact your bank, they will process the refund on behalf of you if you show them enough evidence. Whether the company will reply to your emails or not, your bank need to see evidence that you have done enough requesting the refund. I contacted my bank today, faxed all email correspondents and awaiting for the refund, my bank said it will take up to 7 days.

When I received the logos from them, I COULD NOT BELIEVE what I have seen, should I laugh or cry!!! They were just not right, looked cheap and stupid with no meaning whatsoever!!!

IF THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING YOUR MONEY, CONTACT YOUR BANK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, KEEP ALL YOUR COMMUNICATION SAFE AND SEND THEM TO YOUR BANK AS THEY WILL NEED THEM AS EVIDENCE.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NO GOOD!
