On 21st October I was on Boots website, looking at job vacancies. A small advert offering free beauty serum, which was flashing at the right hand side of a page, caught my eye. When I read through the information, I noticed something with regard to a trial period and I ticked "no thanks". I got to the end and all of a sudden they were asking for bank details for postage and packing. Naively, I gave them my details. I noticed, when I went to the bank, that the amount they asked for p&p was in sterling. On October 21st they took a total of £4.25, no sign of the product until November 7th. Went onto online banking on November 8 and they had withdrawn £75 for product and a further £3.56. Spent the last two days trying to find ways of contacting them, still nothing!
