My husband received a call asking how his advertising with Google was going and if he was happy and would he like his advert to continue, the way the salesman spoke my husband thought it was our advertising company. The next thing we get is a bill by email followed by paper copy, I have been in touch with citizens advise and they have passed information to trading standards in Manchester. I spoke with opm, to cancel but they said it was a verbal contract and it stands. A person from opm rang me and was verbally abusive towards me. I wrote to them by email and haves aid see you in court basically. They are now bombarding us with threatening emails.

- Have had my first threatening email, their tactics won't work though.
