I ordered the "free" trial of this serum paying £1.99 for postage. The company have since taken £84.71 from my account without my permission. I called the customer service number they gave ( which is closed at weekends) to complain and was told I would receive an email from their complaints dept. the email says they cannot refund my money and offered a £90 credit towards their products. I do NOT want any other items from them, I want my money back!! Has anyone been successful in getting a refund?

- their terms and conditions state the cost in EUROS not pounds. if they took £84.71 pounds not Euros its card fraud and the bank should refund.. they did for me!
