An ad appeared on my computer screen for free samples- I
just pay the postage, which was $8.92 total for the two boxes. I ordered these on October 19, 2013 as near as I can tell.
Today I checked my credit card balance and I have been charged $93.00 for one and $99.00 for the other. As stated by the previous complaint, I cannot afford this. I am a widow on a small income. As she stated, there was no paper work so there is no address or phone number to contact them. On my credit card statement it says one order was in person. This is impossible as I live in another state.

Should I close this credit card account or wait to see if we get resolution and there is a credit posted to my credit card account?

Please cancel my claim with you. My bank has closed my credit card and they will be handling these unauthorized transactions. Thank you.
