Last year I purchased a Vtech phone with a
headset. After two months the small plastic
hook that holds the ear piece to the overhead
and ear hook snapped off. I called and got a new one. It has now happened again. The little flimsy holder is made of cheap toy plastic and snaps off making the headset useless.

This time I have to pay for the replacement part, problem is, they don't have any. I have called every week since the beginning of October and they are always out of stock.

I ask the representative if they had anything
compatible he said yes, so I paid for it when it got here, you guessed it, it wasn't even close. They didn't even send a prepaid label
to send it back.

This phone is not abused I am the only one using it and I am a Senior Citizen.
How can a company of their size be out of a produced for so long that is their own product.

I now have two ear piece chargers with no ear pieces
