Similar experience to the most recent complaint here. I was quoted $215 for my iPhone 4s, shipping box arrived quickly, and I sent the phone using the prepaid box. I was notified that the phone was received on October 24, 2013. No requote was provided and several attempts to contact the company through their website have failed to produce a response. I previously used this service without a problem, but clearly there has been a change. At this point I can only assume they have stolen my old phone.
Update: 11/13/2013
Despite the non responsive customer service, I received a check from Hello Totem in the amount of $215 a day after I logged this complaint.
