Purchased a Slayer hockey jersey; it never arrived, was charged for it, and had to personally contact the company to find out it was backordered. Later it was revealed that production of the item had ceased, but months had passed with no status update.
While said company claims to want to refund my money, I am suspicious as they require my card number again: this may be overreacting, but one can never be too cautious.
