I received a message on my hotmail account, I opened the message to find out more about the penny auctions but in order to look at any merchandice being auctioned, I had to complete a registration. I was not registered prior to 11/09/13, and was not even finished with the registration process when I received a text tgat my bank acct had been hit for $99.00. without even so much as a minute lapsing after I entered my bank card number. The message said that first time bidders automatically win prizes and the first time participating was also free. The only option presented to view merchandise after entering my bank information was a. "start winning" button. No choices of bid packages presented, although they claim to offer several; no warning I would be charged, and no opportunity to confirm a purchase; no indication I was purchasing ratger than winning or even getting to the next screen. I attempted to contact custoner service, stated to be 24/7 but have yet to hear anything. I was ripped off and want my money back. I WAS SCAMMED, THEY ARE THIEVES AND RIPP-OFF ARTISTS. Please help me get my money back! I am unemployed, on a fixed income and will never open any online auction site again!
