I bought 2 tickets for the game (Barcelona x Real Madrid - 26th of October)
I specifically paid for the seats in category 1, which supposed to be somewhere in 101-111.. But I got tickets for 311, which is almost 500 euros difference!
I've reported this 2 weeks ago, and I kept updating on the eMail of the customer service, yet I haven't received any return from their side..
They asked for a picture of the tickets as well..
