I was offered a free sample where all I had to do was pay shipping and handling. No strings attached! There was nothing more to but no contract just a free sample. Out of the blue there is a charge on my bank account I can't figure out. I notice there is a phone number in the transaction record, so when I called I was shocked to find it was the company that gave me the free sample. I don't have this kind of money and it had made it so I can't make my house payment!! I am very upset and feel very violated!! Please help!!
