I have been trying to bid unsucessfully. The number counts down to 3 or 2 and "Sold" comes up. So I have no chance. When I complained I was told to try another browser. A couple of times it went to 1 and I thought I had won, but someone else's bid comes up. So I have been suckerized.

We are sorry you are unhappy with our experience but we have really done extensive testing on our bidding procedure across various locations, networks, operating systems and browsers and there really is no problem. Due to the nature of our site, if there is any network or connectivity issues with the consumer, they may face a problem sometime in "display" of the registered highest bidder but there is never any chance of a bid not being registered at all or a the second highest bidder winning.
