I paid for 5 items to be delivered to me about 4 months ago. I have asked them numerous times to refund me and they keep telling me to be patient. Eventually last week ONE of the items arrived. I have now lost my temper. I asked them again last week to refund me as I paid for the package to be INSURED for a reason!
They told be that a colleague will get back to me with a solution soon. I don't want a damn solution! I want my money back! What is the point of paying for something to be insured if this happens? Nevermind the fact that I also paid for a tracking number which never worked.
This company is a joke. NEVER USE EVERBUYING!
