i was asked to take a vacation package of Rs.7799 and I paid trough my sbi debit card as desired by their agents.The agaent name is Mahesh sharma and his mobile number is 09910623948 He promised me for a referral gift one blackberry 9220 mobile phone which he will dispatch on next day and will give me the shipment number of the consignment, but the next day when I am calling them no one is picking the phone. The phone number of the company is 01206525855.They are cheat and they do fraud every now and then. How to grab them because I am not sure the address they have provided is correct I want my money back.
Hence i request to take stern action against the management and book a case of fraud and cheating under section 420 for helping the innocent customers by this kind of cheaters.
