Dear Sir
I have purchased four number of holiday vouchers from Vacations Gateway vide transaction id’s 1375082952841/1375083087311/1375082552051/1375082817965 on 29th July 2013 after paying Rs.6949/- each, when I purchased they told me that I will be getting the assured gift of DELL LAPTOP and BLACKBERRY MOBILE and hotel accommodation in 3 to 5 star hotel category, but the same not received. Finally I realized that I have cheated just to sell the holiday package

Further , I applied for the First Holiday package one month in advance to travel to Bangkok i.e. on 20th Aug 2013, to book hotel accommodation on 22nd Sep’ 2013. After repeated calls and sending several reminders, I got the hotel confirmation on 20th Sep 2013, (i.e 2days earlier) that too in low cost hotel.
The actual cost of the stay was only Rs.4000/- but they charged me Rs.6949/-. There was no facility in the hotel like AC, TV, Hot water Geyser etc., The room was not clean and very small for the 4 person to stay in the room.
Further I applied for the Second Holiday Voucher for my friend to travel to Bangkok on 29th Sep 2013, I got the confirmation from them only on 27th Sep 2013, but because of their delay, my friend got the reservation from other hotel.
Now I tried to get the refund from them for the remaining unused holiday vouchers, but they refused and said that same is not refundable and they will not refund the amount.
As per their terms and conditions, We can apply for refund within six months from the date of purchase. Hence I have applied within 3 months, but they refused.
I request you to kindly assist in getting back my money,
