Hi!I would like to file a complain against Globalvisas Cebu for taking my money from me (95,000 pesos) under their IES scheme.The scheme is a scam.I hope you'll be able to help me.I can't open their website,couldn't talk to anybody of them & could not log in to my account in their website.I could not contact Franklin Gualiza anymore.There were quite a lot of case managers who handled my case already but they keep on telling me alibis that some of them has gone to other departments or has left already.I am so distressed with this.I have worked hard just to earn money for my future,not for them to just easily get it.
