We found a 2006 travel trailer on craigslist for 2800.00 started to communicate with [email protected]. We wanted to talk or meet with him and the reason he gave that he was on an oil rig and the travel trailer was in Arizona and he was going through a divorce and that is why he was selling so cheap.Stated it was used very little.He sent numerous pics. to be convincing and he was using googlecheckout.com to do the transaction and had a friend who worked for DAS so shipping would be on him. So things sounded good and we proceeded and we were instructed to send the money via Western Union to an agent for googlecheckout.com in cleveland Ohio after they recieved the reciept and the copy of the Western Union form he would start the shipping process.Well we all know now that after the money was sent the E-Mails stopped and no shipping was started. As of right now he is still at it with the same ad on the travel trailer. Recieved E-Mails from googlecheckout.com stating the reciept was recieved and they would notify the seller that they had the payment and start the shipping.The contract stated that our money would be held until we inspected the trailer and it was insured up to $4000.00 or the price of the trailer which ever was lower by googlecheckout .After 5 days if we didnt like the trailer,it would be shipped back to the seller and our money refunded.
