I went to their web site and checked my credit score for free. There was no mention or request to sign up for what ever it is they do or sell. After recovering from pneumonia and released from the hospital I got home. I had no reason to check my credit card statements as I had stopped using them and had a negative balance anyway. Then I began getting notices of activity and checked to find their monthly charge appearing on one of my credit cards. Called my bank and had the card canceled and new one issued. They are a credit report agency so they just sent their billing to a new card. I will ask they refund my money and stop further billing but I doubt that will work;. While the banks sort this out I will use the time checking out their locations for a face to face meeting with who ever is handling complaints in my area. Its not that far away.
