International boundaries
This is the same scam as previously reported by someone else on this site. I just received a letter telling me that I am a "Guaranteed Cash Prize Winner, etc. etc.. I need only to reply immediately . . . and enclose a $20 processing fee! (Needless to say, I did not send money.).
Since this scam is operating via U.S. Postal Service, there likely are Federal penalties available. At any rate, I have forwarded this whole package to the U.S.P. authorities.
