I joined Max in March of 2013. I paid $200 for a year membership. Up to now, I have had pretty good success in them helping me solve problems with my computer. But since October, I have not been able to get in touch with them. Their 800 phone number is no longer in service as is their e-mail address.
What do I do now? Thank you for any assistance you can give me in resolving this matter.
