i paid $4.99 for a trial of dera juvenate in August, and i noticed just last week that they had deducted several lump sums of $90.00 from my account since then without my permission. The customer service personnel i spoke with said i would be refunded my money, but up until now, i've not received a dime back! this is fraud and extortion!
