We were charged for 3 items on credit card, when only 1 charge was expected. The product I received was not even as thorough of information as I had expected. Attempted to contact them numerous times over last month, with no resolution. I did receive one phone call stating they needed more information before they could assist me, to please call back. That was the total content of the phone call. Each time I phoned the company, 310-400-6364, the only option was to leave a message. I left email and phone numbers for them to contact me. No further contact occurred. I did try submitting numerous tickets for assistance from their website, exactly as directed. I was never able to submit the ticket because page would expire. There simply was no other way to communicate with them. I will never use them again. TrainPetDog.com should not be allowed to do business this way.
