I had received a message that my computer is infected by a virus and my computer is locked.I cannot proceed until and unless the malicious trojan is removed by purchasing their antivirus pro software. I purchased and installed,but it did not work. I had to instal a licensed software to remove the virus. I asked for a refund from the company who promised to refund within 21 days in terms of their guarantee. However they have not refunded the amount so far
