I ordered bottles of Cleanse Catalyst plus, advertised as buy 3, get 2 for free and was charged $160 (the cost of 5).
I contacted the company by email and my complaint was answered by email by a woman called MaryAnn, who was seemingly helpful. Asked me to return the parcel when I receive it to the West Lothian address with a tracking number.
I returned the parcel unopened, but was reluctant to spend an extra $40 to provide a tracking number, so I just kept my post office receipt and quoted that number to the company.
Two months later, MaryAnn claimed the parcel hadn't shown up and my latest email to her resulted in an email saying I cannot contact the company that way and claimed they have a 24/7 phone support service only for complaints. When I tried the numbers I found the toll free number does not exist and the local number reaches an automated answering device. In other words I am being given the runaround!
