Hello Sir,
I had made an online transaction for 1 $ today morning(08/11/2013) around 10.05am. After entering the account details it took me to another page asking me to buy some product, I was not interested and I clicked on 'No thanks' but it deducted 162 $ from my account without any confirmation. I was using HDFC CREDIT card and it was not asking for Secure 3D verification password anytime during the transaction. This is a mandatory password for any transaction to be complete and to my surprise this detail was not at all asked.
Request you to kindly resolve my problm & reverse my fund in my account, pls do the needful.
