First of all, thank you for hearing me.
I've ordered a pair of boots on OCt.24th, 2013 through their official website and paid $510 with my credit card.
In the beginning it was ok, they sent me the confirmation of order e-mail.
Then I found out my order status was 'pending'on their website, so I sent an email to the customer service. They replied soon, and said that they were in the middle of moving to a new warehouse and my order will ship out on Nov. 4th.
They were supposed to inform me the tracking details of FEDEX after shipping out, and still they haven't gotten back to me while I was sending them 6-7 emails inquiring about my shipment. on their website my order status is now 'in process'. But that is it. They don't show their address or phone number to contact, and the only thing i could do for now is sending them emails over and over.
Actually I found the number through this thankful 'scambook'. But the number 1-310-578-6360 is now out of service.
What do you think I should do?
