Purchased correction payed for 2 items late August at first the money did not go through but an email to query the money transfer was answered immediately (only time this has happened) Tried numerous times to contact but no luck. 2 weeks ago complained on their Facebook page and was promised a refund once again nothing has happened. Very frustrating this is over 10 weeks and counting. Have dealt with them before with no issues that was why I used them again
