I have ordered last Oct 23 and i got an email that it was already processed and will be received 7 to 10 working days unfortunately no shipment receive up to this date. They have a note that in some rural areas additional of 3-4 days but i am not located in that area, i expect it last november 6 since that is the 10th working day...I am so sad & dissappointed If i am not to received it
